Housing is getting more expensive because the rich are buying it all

This video argues that the global housing crisis isn't a supply issue, but stems from the rapidly increasing wealth of the rich. It contends that the super-rich are driving up prices across all asset classes, including housing, making it impossible for ordinary people to compete, and that building more homes won't solve this fundamental problem.
